Linne Ha leads teams of linguists, program managers and software engineers around the world as Director of Research Programs in Machine Intelligence. Previously, she's founded data operations for Google’s Speech team, launching and supporting more than 54 languages. Linne specializes in i18n, natural language understanding and generation, crowdsourcing data collection methodologies, and spoken language technologies, particularly for low resource languages. Linne is interested in data diversity in how we model the world. She has attended Columbia University and NYU, where she graduated with honors.
